2,3-hexanedione is an light oily liquid. Sweet strong creamy milk aroma, fat greasy gas than butyl ketone thick. Fermented soybeans, beer, and coffee all have this ingredient. Slightly soluble in water, soluble in propylene glycol, ethanol and a variety of fatty oils with cream and cheese taste.
2,3-hexanedione also can be Used in food additives and organic synthesis,some client use it for Pharmaceutical intermediate.About 2,3-hexanedione,CAS NO.:3848-24-6, The previous process resulted in low production capacity and small output of this product, resulting in high cost in the production process. At present, we have adopted a new production process and purchased new production equipment. After several tests and put into operation, this product is able to carry out large-scale production in early 2024. At present, our monthly production capacity can reach 30 tons, and we have applied for a patent for this process, which has become a unique process of “Runlong”.
