The Usage of 1,2-Dimethoxy-4-allylbenzene
methyl eugenol is mainly used in the preparation of ylang ylang, carnation, lilac and other flavors, also used as a modulator of eugenol and isoeugenol, and can also be used as a sex attractant of orange fly. In addition, it can also be used as a flavoring agent of clove aroma, producing a mild connotation in flower or herb or Oriental aromas.
